A majonéz vegán változatában a tojást többféleképpen is tudjuk pótolni. Az elsődleges verzióban szójatejet használunk, de van lehetőség csicseriborsó-konzerv levével (aquafaba) is dolgozni, mint tojáshelyettesítő.
Hozzávalók:
- 1 dl szójatej
- 2 dl semleges ízű olaj
- a csipet só
- 1 teáskanál mustár
- fél citrom leve
- egy csipet kurkuma – ezt a majonéz színe miatt használjuk
A hozzávalókat turmixgépbe tesszük, és 2-3 perc alatt krémesre turmixoljuk. Ízlés szerint még ízesíthetjük 🙂
