Farsangi időszakban az első édesség, ami eszünkbe jut, az a fánk.
Ki ne szeretne megenni egy édes, puha sütit, amit ehetünk akár lekvárral, csokival, cukorkákkal megszórva….
Az általam kínált recepttel azok is hódolhatnak a fánk evésnek, akiknek a hagyományos alapanyagokkal készült fánk elfogyasztása nem kifejezetten javasolt.
A diétás étkezést folytatók körében is sikert arathat ez a recept, miután nem bő olajban sütjük a fánkokat, hanem sütőben. 🙂
Hozzávalók:
- 25g barna rizsliszt
- 50g hajdina liszt
- 75g csicseriborsó liszt
- 30g tápióka keményítő
- 65g kókuszvirág cukor (porrá őrölve)
- 35g eritrit porrá őrölve
- csipet só
- 1 csomag sütőpor gluténmentes
- 1 evőkanál almaecet
- 150 g zabtej / kókusztej/ mandulatej
- vanília őrlemény/vanília aroma
- 1 evőkanál almaszósz
Díszítés: olvasztott csokoládé/lekvár
Elkészítés:
-A kókuszvirágcukrot és az eritritet por állagúra őröljük. Amennyiben szeretnénk, akkor az édesítőszer teljes egészébe eritritre vagy más szénhidrát mentes édesítőre is cserélhető.
-Egy tálba kimérjük a nedves hozzávalókat: zabtej, kókuszolaj, vanília aroma, almapüré. Majd alaposan a hozzávalókat. Szobahőmérsékletűek legyenek az alapanyagok!
-A száraz hozzávalókat egy másik tálba kimérjük, (lisztek, édesítőszer, csipet só) és átkeverjük az egészet.
-Ezután a sütőport tesszük a száraz hozzávalókhoz, és az almaecetet erre öntjük, hogy a sütőporral elkezdjen dolgozni. ( „pezseg”)
-A száraz és nedves hozzávalókat ezek után csomómentesre keverjük.
-Szilikon fánk formát készítünk elő, és minden fánk formát félig töltünk a fánk tésztával, mivel sütés során kétszeresére fognak megnőni a fánkocskák. 🙂
-Előmelegített sütőben 180 fokon, légkeveréssel sütjük a fánkokat, míg aranybarnára nem sülnek.
-Az elkészített fánkot olvasztott csokiba márthatjuk, mandula forgáccsal, kókuszreszelékkel díszíthetjük.
Megjegyzés:
A felhasznált gluténmentes liszteket helyettesíthetjük zabpehely liszttel, rizsliszttel.
