Hétvégi desszertet készítenél, ami puha és édes tésztájú? Az aranygaluska tökéletesen megfelel ezeknek a feltételeknek. A klasszikus aranygaluska receptje nem kifejezetten diétás, viszont diétás verzióban is elkészíthető.
Hozzávalók:
- 500g zabpehelyliszt vagy Dia-wellness 50-es lisztkeverék
- 5g xantán
- 2 tojás sárgája /növényi joghurt/ almapüré/ 30g útifű maghéj
- 4,2 dl langyos növényi tej – 5,5 dl növényi tej
- 1 csomag szárított élesztő
- 1 evőkanál cukor
- 7 dkg kókuszolaj/ növényi vaj
A szóráshoz, kenéshez
- 220 g dió (darált)
- 100 g édesítőszer
- citrom reszelt héja
- 200g növényi vaj
Elkészítés:
-Az élesztőt a cukorral felfuttatjuk. Eközben a száraz hozzávalókat összekeverjük egy nagy tálban és ehhez a folyékony hozzávalókat fokozatosan adagoljuk. A tésztát hólyagosra dagasztjuk, letakarva duplájára kelesztjük.
-Ha megkelt a tésztánk, nyújtsuk ki 1,5-2 cm vastagra, majd nagyjából egyforma darabokat szaggassunk belőle pogácsaszaggatóval.
-Egy üvegedényt vékonyan vajazzunk és lisztezzünk ki. Keverjük össze egy tálban a szóráshoz előkészített darált diót és az édesítőszert.
-A tésztagaluskákat vajazott, lisztezett sütőformába rakjuk szorosan, és rétegenként meglocsoljuk vékonyan olvasztott vajjal. Nem kell az összes vajat rálocsolni, csak annyi kell, hogy szépen befedje a tésztákat. Majd a dióval vastagon megszórjuk. Rétegezzük, míg megtelik a forma. Ha megtelt a forma, a tetejét is meglocsoljuk, megszórjuk, és újabb 30 percen át kelesztjük.
-A megkelt aranygaluskát 170 C-os előmelegített sütőben 30-35 perc alatt készre sütjük.
-Kihűlés után az elkészült aranygaluskát vaníliasodóval leöntve tálaljuk.
