- A cukormentes étcsokit kisebb darabokra törjük és vízfürdő felett a kókuszzsírral összeolvasztjuk.
- Egy tálban összetörjük a gesztenyemasszát, majd hozzáadjuk az édesítőszert és a rumaromát, majd a kókuszzsírral összeolvasztott csoki.
- A csoki, rumos, gesztenyés keveréket robotgéppel simára keverjük. Egy műanyag ételes dobozt kibélelünk sütőpapírral és a gesztenyés csokis masszát beleöntjük, majd egyenletesen eloszlatjuk.
- Egy éjszakára hűtőbe tesszük és hagyjuk teljesen megdermedni. Ha teljesen megdermedt a sport szeletünk, vágódeszkára borítjuk a házi csokit, lehúzzuk róla a sütőpapírt és egyforma méretű szeletekre vágjuk.
