Ez a zsemle tojás- és gluténmentes, gyorsan elkészíthető. A hozzávalók kapcsán új alapanyagként a hajdinát próbáltam ki.
Jellegzetes az íze, természetesen lesz olyan akinek ízlik és akinek nem kifejezetten nyeri el a tetszését.
Általában a maglisztből, gluténmentes lisztből készült kenyér, vagy egyéb péksütemény tömény, a hagyományos kenyérfélékhez képest. Ha valami olyanra vágysz, ami kicsit lazább szerkezetű, jobban hasonlít bolti dolgokhoz, ezt a receptet ajánlom kipróbálásra.
A tojás helyettesítő és állag javító szerepet az útifűmaghéj látja el. Különleges alapanyag még ebben a recept én a kenderliszt is illetve a nyílgyökér liszt.
Hozzávalók:
- 20 g kendermagliszt
- 80 g hajdinaliszt
- 20 g nyílgyökérliszt
- 40 g útifűmaghéj
- 1 evőkanál chia mag
- 1 evőkanál kókuszolaj
- 1,8 dl víz
- só
- 1 teáskanál szódabikarbóna
- 2 evőkanál almaecet
Elkészítés:
- A száraz összetevőket összekeverjük egy tálban a szódabikarbóna kivételével.
- A száraz összetevők közepébe egy kis lukat készítünk, majd abba szórjuk bele a szódabikarbónát és öntsük rá az ecetet.
- Ezután jöhet hozzá a többi hozzávaló, jó alaposan összegyúrjuk .
- A tésztát 15 percig hagyjuk állni, hogy az útifűmaghéj megszívja magát folyadékkal.
- Pihentetés után 4 kis zsemlét formázunk belőle.
- Előmelegített sütőben, 170-180 fokon 30 percig sütjük.
1 db zsemle tápanyagtartalma:
- 176 kcal kalória;
- 3,82g fehérje;
- 4,25g zsír;
- 25g szénhidrát
