Szilvás gombóc , derelye vagy nudli? Azt hiszem bármelyik jól hangzik, ha egy tartalmas leves után elfogyaszthatjuk. Viszont ezek az ételek krumpliból és fehér lisztből készülnek hagyományosan, és kifejezetten messze állnak a diétás ételektől.
Viszont az általam hozott recepttel több legyet is üthetünk egy csapásra. Lássuk is milyen alapanyagokra van szükségünk az elkészítéshez:.
Hozzávalók:
– 30 dkg cukkini (tisztítva mérjük)
– 3 dkg kókuszolaj
– 1 evőkanál citromlé
– 2-3 evőkanál eritrit vagy más édesítőszer
– 8 dkg nyílgyökérpor
– 2 dkg tápióka keményítő
– 3 dkg szezámmagliszt vagy mandulaliszt
– 2 csapot evőkanál útifűmaghéj
– 1 púpozott evőkanál kókuszliszt
– 1 késhegynyi szódabikarbóna
– kevés nyílgyökérpor vagy bambuszrost liszt a tészta nyújtásához
Tálaláshoz:
- őrölt mák / földi mandula panír/ kókusz
- édesítőszer
- fahéj
Elkészítés :
– A cukkinit hámozzuk meg, ha vannak benne magok, azokat távolítsuk el. Majd vágjuk kis kockákra, és fél deci vízzel és kevés citromlével együtt egy edényben pároljuk puhára.
– Kanállal alaposan keverjük el és hagyjuk állni 10 percig.
– Lisztezett felületen nyújtsuk kis vagy kezünkkel lapítsuk el. Vágjuk csíkokra, majd egyforma kis nudlikra. Minden darabot a kezeddel hengergess meg, így lesz nudli alakú. Forrásban lévõ enyhén sós vízben főzzük meg, 2-3 perc alatt készen vannak. Szűrjük le, kevés kókuszolajjal forgassuk össze, majd szórjuk meg földi mandulával mákkal vagy kókuszreszelékkel.
Magában vagy lekvárral főétkezésre vagy desszertnek is finom, szerintem hidegen a legjobb.
