Az Oreo keksz első darabjai az 1900-as évek elején kélszítették az USA-ban. Többféle ízesítésben készítik, de a leginkább a vaníliakrémes változata közkedvelt.
A nagyon szeretett keksz tésztájához felhasznált alapanyagok nem igazán felelnek meg a mentes étrendet folytatók alapanyag listájának. Viszont ez a recept is „mentessé” tehető.
Hozzávalók a kekszhez:
- 50g tojás
- 225g zabliszt
- 160g őrölt eritrit vagy 80g őrölt negyedannyi édesítő
- 10g gluténmentes vaníliás pudingpor
- 125g mandulaital
- 125g vegán margarin
- 100g gluténmentes kakaópor
- 12g sütőpor
- csipet só
Vaníliakrém:
- 500g vegán tejszín
- 125g vegán vaj
- 140g eritrit
- 50g kukoricakeményítő
- vaníliaőrlemény
Elkészítés:
- Minden alapanyagot mérjünk ki pontosan.
- Egy tálban a száraz alapanyagokat morzsoljunk el 125g margarinnal.
- A tésztát a tojással és a 125g mandulatejjel elkeverjük , majd addig gyúrjuk a tésztát, amíg jó összeáll.
- Nyújtsuk ki a tésztát 4-5 mm vastagra, és pogácsaszaggatóval szúrjuk ki a korongokat.
- Sütőpapírral bélelt tepsire helyezzük a korongokat, és 160 fokra előmelegített sütőben 6-8 perc alatt süssük meg.
- Puhának fognak tűnni, de amint kihűlnek , tökéletes lesz az állaguk.
- A krémhez a vajat a vaníliával és az édesítővel keverjük addig, amíg a krémben már nem érezzük az édesítő szemcséket.
- A kihűlt kekszekre tegyünk egy kiskanál krémet, majd tegyünk rá egy másik kekszet, és nyomjuk össze úgy, hogy a krém a keksz széléig érjen.
- Az elkészült kekszeket hűtőben tároljuk fogyasztásig.
