Sült csicseriborsó

Egészséges és finom nasi, amely tökéletes kiránduláshoz, filmezéshez. Tele van tápanyagokkal és fehérjével, és magas a rosttartalma.

Ennek a nassolnivalónak az elkészítéséhez csak 5 hozzávalóra van szükségünk:

  • főtt csicseriborsó
  • fokhagyma por
  • fűszer paprika
  • olíva olaj

A sült csicseriborsó elkészítése mindössze 5 perc előkészítést és 35 perc sütési időt igényel.

  • Csepegtessük le a csicseriborsót, majd szárítsuk meg őket. (papírtörlő/ konyharuha segítségével)
  • Egy tálban keverjük össze a csicseriborsó olíva olajjal.
  • A sütőt előmelegítjük 170-180 fokra, egy tepsit pedig kibélelünk sütőpapírral.
  • A csicseriborsót a tepsire terítjük, és 25 percig sütjük.
  • Ezután kivesszük a csicseriborsót a sütőből , és az előzőleg összekevert fűszerekkel összeforgatjuk.
  • Tegyük vissza a tepsibe a fűszerekbe forgatott csicseriborsót, és süssük tovább még 10 percig, hogy kicsit megbarnuljanak, és ropogósak legyenek.

Megjegyzés:

Fontos , hogy a csicseriborsót a lehető legjobban szárítsuk meg, így lesznek igazán ropogósak
